How to pair the collar with the remote
- Turn on the Remote
- Press and hold the collar's ON/OFF button for 3 seconds (red light blinks) to turn off the collar, then press and hold the ON/OFF button for 6 seconds (green light blinks rapidly) to enter pairing mode
- Press Remote channel button to select channel you want
- Press beep/vibrate/shock button to pair the collar. The collar will beep, and the green light will stop flashing (indicating successful pairing)

How to solve the problem that the collar does not charge?
1. Wipe the receiver's magnetic charging interface with a rag, to avoid dirt from blocking
2. Avoid any contact with other metal things while charging with the original cable
3. Replace an adapter to check if the problem is with the power adapter

What should be checked if the collar does not work?
1. Check if the collar and remote are paired.
2. The wrong channel was switched, not the one you originally matched.(Default Channel is Dog 1 Channel)
3. Check the remote and the collar are turned on.

How to adjust the straps to fit your dog?
Upgraded two-way adjustable straps to fit your dog better, just slide the buckle to adjust the length.
If you have to cut some part of the strap off, please do immediately singe the collar end with a lighter to avoid fraying
